LightMan is web-based software that helps campus facility services to inventory all types of interior and exterior lightning and also helps to save labor hours and dollar amounts spent on engineering management reducing ongoing maintenance costs. LightMan tracks when lamps are installed, determines when they need to be replaced based on their lamp life and usage, and provides a schedule optimal time for mass relampings.  Additionally, it keeps a history of mass and spot relamps so that problematic lights can be addressed.

 

AntMan is web-based software that helps campus facility services to inventory roof mounted radio antennas and also helps to save labor hours and dollar amounts spent on engineering management.

 

HydrantMan is web-based software that helps campus facility services to inventory hydrants and also helps to save labor hours and dollar amounts spent on engineering management.

 

PanelMan is web-based software that helps campus facility services to inventory electrical panels, transformers, and other power distribution equipment on campus and also helps to save labor hours and dollar amounts spent on engineering management.

 

Plumbing Inspections Manager is web-based software that helps campus facility services to track various plumbing and other required equipment inspections and also helps to save labor hours and dollar amounts spent on engineering management.

 

APDR (Active Projects Document Review) is web-based software that helps DDC staff and outside Contractors and Consultants to view and manage comments on current project documents.

Greenhouse Manager is seed inventory and planting scheduling app for the greenhouse.

 

Meters Manager is web-based software that helps campus facility services to inventory utility meters and also helps to save labor hours and dollar amounts spent on engineering management.

 

PrIng (DDC Project Invoicing) is web-based software that helps campus facility services to manage project control sheets and invoices.

 

UBill (Utility Billing Manager) is web-based software that helps campus facility services to create and track monthly utility bills.

 

Task Manager is web-based software that helps campus facility services to assign and track tasks.

 

Deferred Renewals Manager is web-based software that helps campus facility services to track campus maintenance and yearly report it to the Board of Regents.
